Stage 1: Discover and Learn Online
Time Investment: 2 Hours

Explore the Opportunity: We encourage you to learn more about the sales role and by watching our Training Video Series

Complete the Interest Form: After watching the videos, if you're interested, please Book Your Initial Phone Call

Initial Qualification: Based on your responses, we'll determine if the sales role or other opportunities within HHMarketing are a good fit.

Stage 2: Interview & Onsite Training (In-Person)
Time Investment: 4 to 8 Hours

In-Office Interview: If your qualifications and interests align with our needs, we'll invite you for an in-office interview to discuss the opportunity in more detail.

Onsite Training: Successful interviewees will participate in an interactive onsite training program. This will cover product knowledge and sales skills. You'll get hands-on experience and learn from our experienced team.

Stage 3: Real-World Experience (In the Field)
Time Frame: 16 hours across 4 Weeks, Earn ~$2500

Earn your first commission at a Sales Meeting Observation: After completing the onsite training, you'll have the exciting opportunity to shadow our sales team during real sales meetings. This will give you firsthand experience of how we interact with clients and close deals.

Ongoing Support: After x5 successful Sales runs, you will graduate as a Sales Executive.

We will provide ongoing support and mentorship to help you succeed in your sales career.
